With only one top five finish in the IPL since Punjab Kings finished as Runners-Up in 2014, Shikhar Dhawan's side looks likely to be very similar to the one which struggled in 2023. However, that is not all bad news for fans of the franchise as the general consensus was that they under-performed and with a change of luck could have had a much more successful campaign.
