Their wins came against Ghani Glass and OGDCL, while they finished the league stage with a draw against Kingsmen Academy after taking the first-innings lead.

Markhor IT Solutions, meanwhile, have made it to the final in their debut season. They finished 2nd with 96 points after a slow start to their campaign. They were winless in their first 4 games but bounced back strongly in the later rounds, beating OGDCL and Pakistan Television to seal their place in the final.

State Bank of Pakistan Preview

State Bank of Pakistan finished at the top of the points table with 107 points to book their place in the final. They won 2 and drew 5 of their 7 league matches, remaining the only unbeaten team in the tournament. They beat Ghani Glass by an innings and 18 runs and OGDCL by four wickets. SBP will also have veteran pacer Mohammad Abbas in their ranks, and he will be a key player in the final.

Hasan Raza has been in great touch this season. He smashed an 204* against Ghani Glass and also scored 103 against SNGPL in the opening round. Abdullah Fazal was equally impressive against Ghani Glass, remaining unbeaten on 168.

Kamran Ghulam chipped in with 88 against Kingsmen Academy in the last round, while Ali Shan scored an 100* in the same game. Shahid Aziz has been one of SBP's main wicket-takers this season. He picked up 5 for 41 against KRL and also impressed against Markhor IT Solutions, taking 3 for 120 and 2 for 18 in the same match. MIT Solutions Preview

Markhor IT Solutions have made it to the final after finishing second on the points table with 96 points. This is their first season in the first-class President's Trophy after earning promotion by winning the Grade-II tournament.

Captain Khalid Usman will be a key player for MITS in the final. The veteran all-rounder has been in excellent form, picking up 10 wickets against OGDCL and five for 70 against SBP in the league stage.

Mohammad Farooq has been one of MITS' standout batters this season. He scored 130 against Pakistan Television in the last match and smashed 163 against KRL earlier in the tournament, hitting 14 sixes in that innings. Abuzar Tariq has also chipped in with some important runs, scoring 98 against Pakistan Television and 77 against SBP.

Hasnain Nadeem made a big contribution against OGDCL, scoring 121 and 55 in the match. MITS will be hoping Farooq and the rest of the batting line-up can deliver once again. A big total in the final could put them in a strong position against an unbeaten SBP side.

Khalid Usman has been brilliant with the ball. He picked up 6 for 23 and 4 for 39 against OGDCL, took 5 for 70 against SBP in the league stage and followed it up with 4 for 90 against Pakistan Television in the last round. Salman Aslam was another big performer in the last match, taking 6 for 18 as Pakistan Television were bowled out for just 64 in the first innings.

Mohammad Ismail has also picked up wickets regularly throughout the season. MITS have shown they can fight back after a difficult start, and their bowlers will have a big role to play in the final. They will need to put SBP's strong batting line-up under pressure and make the most of their chances if they want to lift the trophy.

Key Players: Mohammad Farooq, Khalid Usman, Abuzar Tariq

MIT Solutions Predicted Playing XI:

Mohammad Farooq, Abuzar Tariq, Hasnain Nadeem, Bismillah Khan, Atiq-ur-Rehman, Atizaz Habib Khan, Khalid Usman (c), Aamir Jamal, Salman Aslam, Mohammad Ismail, Mohammad Tahir Khan

Weather Conditions

It’s going to be hot and sunny in Karachi throughout the five days, with temperatures around 37°C. There’s no rain forecast, so the weather is unlikely to cause any interruptions. The heat, though, could be a challenge for both teams, especially the bowlers.

SBP vs MIT Pitch Report

No matches have been played at this venue in the tournament this season. In fact, the final will be the first first-class match in Karachi this season, with all the league games held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. So, there’s no recent venue record to look at.

Meanwhile, State Bank of Pakistan will have the home advantage and should be more familiar with the conditions than MITS. The pitch is expected to be fresh, so batting first could be a good option. The captain winning the toss might look to put up a big total and put the opposition under pressure. Spinners could also come into the game as the pitch wears down over the last two days.

Score Prediction

If State Bank of Pakistan bat first: 380-430 runs
If Markhor IT Solutions bat first:
350-400 runs

Toss: To Bat

There’s no venue record to go by this season, but with a 5 day game ahead, the team winning the toss is likely to bat first. Putting up a big total in the first innings will help them put the opposition under pressure and give their bowlers enough runs to work with as the match progresses.

State Bank of Pakistan enter this final as clear favourites to secure the title. They have been the standout side of the tournament, finishing at the top of the table without a single defeat and holding a key advantage in familiar home conditions.

Their deep batting lineup consistently posts commanding scores, while their bowling attack has shown exceptional discipline across every phase of the season.

Although Markhor IT Solutions have enjoyed a spirited debut campaign and showed they can compete after taking a first-innings lead in their previous meeting, SBP's superior consistency, balanced attack, and flawless tournament form give them the upper hand to claim the victory.
