This Sri Lanka A Tri Series between hosts Sri Lanka A, India A and Afghanistan A is only two games old but is already providing plenty of interest both at home and abroad!
The opening match saw India A post 277/6 in Dambulla with Ruturaj Gaikwad (101) and captain Tilak Varma (60) impressing before a fine team bowling unit performance got them over the finish line by an eight-run margin.
Match two was played on Friday with Afghanistan A then defeating India A by four runs (DLS) with Afghanistan A 177/2, just above the DLS score of 174, when the rains arrived!
Still plenty to play for in this Tri-Series.

The Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium is one of the most intense in Sri Lanka with the crowd very close to the action. Expect a par total to be in the region of 340+.
We have had a win for a side batting first and a win for the team chasing across the two games in this tournament so far and both have been by small margins. We predict that both teams will want to bat first in this clash.
