Only Surrey and Gloucestershire, with the addition of Sussex, are currently winless and pointless in Group B, so both sides will fancy their chances of posting their first win of the competition and taking a leap up the table!
It is a surprise to see these two sides struggling, albeit early in the campaign, as they have both got particularly strong records in white ball cricket over the last 30-40 years. However, the advent of the Hundred, along with other franchise tournaments being scheduled at this time of year, means there are plenty of other lucrative avenues to explore for players.
That said, there will be some top international players in this game, no doubt with all of them looking to produce a big innings to get them back into contention for an international place.
Surrey have strength in depth across all formats and even with many of their players in action in The Hundred, they are still able to field a side which includes the likes of Dom Sibley at the top of the order, Rory Burns as captain, and Ben Foakes - recognised as one of the best keeper-batters in the world.
In their defeat against Glamorgan, it was a miserable batting performance with only Ben Foakes managing to get into double figures out of all of the top seven batters. Expect the likes of Sibley and Burns to step up in this match.
With the ball, only three bowlers got the opportunity to bowl before Glamorgan chased down their target but James Taylor, Matt Dunn and Conor McKerr did pick up a wicket each.

It's two defeats from two matches for Gloucestershire so far in this year's One Day Cup and they went down by 63 runs in Bristol in their last game. In truth, it could have been a much bigger margin of defeat with the hosts collapsing to 78/8 and 114/9 whilst chasing 263 to win!
Ajeet Singh Dale was far and away the top scorer for Gloucestershire in that match, hitting five fours and five sixes in his 63 runs from 34 balls, but he was batting at number 11! We could well see him promoted up the order in this fixture!
With the ball, Singh Dale also caught the eye, taking 2/50 and returning similar figures to Tom Smith's 2/51. But it will be the 23 year old right arm medium fast bowler Dominic Goodman who arrives in South London with the most confidence after taking 4/43.

It is going to be very hot in London on Tuesday with the temperature expected to be in the low-thirties from just after midday. Humidity levels will drop as the temperature rises across the day.
This remains one of the most historic and lively venues in English cricket with large crowds always drawn to games at The Oval. We expect to see a pitch with pace, bounce and consistent bounce throughout the fixture.
With the temperature expected to be consistently high from 2pm onwards at The Oval, we expect both teams to want to bowl in the cooler conditions of the first innings of the match.
With neither team winning any of their first two games, there certainly isn't a side coming into the match in strong form! Looking at the two line-ups, we have Surrey as the stronger side so we are selecting them to get the victory on Tuesday.
