Alex Hales and his men have a tough game at hand. They take on one of the strongest batting line-ups in this tournament and must be at the top of their game. Hales, who has a lot of experience in leading T20 sides, will look to get the best out of his players and match the challenge from the Tigers.  

Hales and Litton Das are good stroke players, and the side will need a good start from them in this game. In the middle order, they will like to see partnerships between Ben Cutting, Pargat Singh, and Kairav Sharma. Sunny Matharu and Dillon Heyliger have to do the big-hitting in the lower middle order for the side.  

Their bowlers have a big challenge and will need good spells with the new ball from Bernard Scholtz and Matthew Forde. Sandeep Lamichhane is the most important bowler for the side, and he will have to bowl tight spells in the middle overs alongside Dillon Heyliger. Paragat Singh must do well in the supporting role.

Montreal Tigers Preview

The Tigers have one of the strongest teams in the tournament. Shakib Al Hassan brings a lot of experience to this team and will look to lead from the front. The batting line-up is powerful and can tear any bowling attack. Hassan would expect a clinical show from his players as they look to start the tournament with a win.  

Chris Lynn is a destructive batter who will look to do well at the top alongside Anoop Chima. Sherfane Rutherford and Shakib al Hasan bring vast experience to this line-up, and they will look to add runs in the middle order with Bhupendra Singh. Carlos Brathwaite, Dipendra Airee and Dilpreet Singh will look to do well in the finishing act.   

The side will expect a good start with the new ball from Zahir Khan and Kaleem Sana. They will look to put the Jaguars under pressure. Shakib has a lot of experience, and he will look to bowl tight lines along with Muhammad Waseem in the middle overs.
