This will be match 12 of the CSA 4-Day Series Division One and although the teams have completed only two rounds of games each, the table is starting to take shape!
Five of the eight sides have already recorded one victory in the tournament with only KwaZulu-Natal Inland, Titans and Western Province yet to register a win in 2025/26 season.
At the top of the table, it is North West and Dolphins who lead the charge with the former the only remaining team in the competition with a 100% winning record.
A win for either Lions or Titans will put them right back in the mix for the top places at this stage.
Titans have one of the most talented sides in the tournament but they were well beaten by North West in their last game, going down by an extraordinary 196 runs!
Despite the quality with both bat and ball, they were unable to bowl out their opposition or post a total of over 262 in either innings.
Therefore, there are plenty of areas for improvement in this clash.
All eyes will be on Keegan Petersen and Lhuan-dre Prertorius before skipper Donovan Ferreira provides lower order security.
With the bat, look out for Schalk Engelbrecht, Junior Dala and Gerald Coetzee to be the most threatening.

Lions played out a draw in their last match in Durban against Dolphins on a pitch which got better and better for batting as the game progressed.
They have plenty of talent in their squad and come into this the third round of games still unbeaten.
Lions were most impressive with the bat in their last clash - their keeper batter Connor Esterhuizen hit a double century and Delano Potgieter scored 169 not out from number eight.
The top order pair of Joshua Richards and Dominic Hendricks come into this match after hitting half-centuries in their last game.
With the ball, look out for Sipho Potsane who took three wickets on a batters paradise last week!

The weather forecast is for a glorious four days in Centurion from Tuesday onwards. The temperature will be in the high twenties throughout with plenty of sun across the opening three days.
Centurion has long been a batting paradise and we can expect a wicket with plenty of pace and bounce across the four days with maybe a bit of green for the seamers to exploit on day one.
Once again, we expect this pitch to get better the longer the game goes on so we predict that both teams will want to bowl first ahead of this match in Centurion.
