The Navy Ground, Welisara should offer a fairly even contest in this T20. The surface has hosted plenty of domestic cricket, and the ground can produce good batting conditions when batters get themselves in. The key could be the pace of the wicket, bowlers who hit the right areas and take pace off at the right moments should have something to work with.  

With the game starting at 2:00 PM, this should be more about execution than major changes in conditions. A score in the 150–160 range would give the batting side something to defend, but a strong powerplay could push the first-innings total higher.
