We have seen two nail-biting contests in the 3-match series. Zimbabwe won a scintillating contest by 1 run to level the series 1-1. If it was Zimbabwe, who lost from a winning position in the first game, the Netherlands returned the favours in the last game. The hosts would like to use the momentum and win the series, but the Dutch side won't make it easy, as we have seen in the two games.
The Netherlands has a big problem in the middle order, and we have seen the same story repeat in two games. The side will need to fix this problem. Zimbabwe has an experienced batting line-up, and they play in familiar conditions. We expect this game to go down the wire like the two we have seen, and it will be a fitting end to what has been one of the most exciting ODI series in recent memory.
Craig Ervine would be happy with the exciting win in the last game, where his bowlers pulled the game from nowhere to level the series. However, it hasn't been as easy as Ervine would have expected, and the Dutch side has put them in tough situations. The Zimbabwean skipper would like to see experienced players in the team do well.
Craig Ervine and Wesley Madhevere gave a good start in the last game, and the team will expect a similar show. Sean Williams' return has strengthened the side, and he must anchor the middle order with Gary Ballance and Sikandar Raza. Clive Madande has batted brilliantly, strengthening the lower middle order with Brad Evans and Ryan Burl.
Tendai Chatara and Blessing Muzarabani need to bowl better lines than they did in the last game, as the Dutch side has a strong batting line-up. Wesley Madhevere's hattrick turned it for the side in the last game, and he will be confident. The side will also expect good spells from Brad Evans, Raza, Burl, Williams, and Masakadza, who add variety to this attack.

Scott Edwards would be upset with the loss in the last game. They started the chase positively and lost their way in the middle overs with a batting collapse. Their opponents would be confident coming into this game, and Edwards would like his boys to give their best as they aim for their first series win since 2021.
Max O'Dowd played a good knock in the last game, and he will look to set up a big opening wicket stand with Vikramjit Singh. Top Cooper did well in the last game, and the side will expect him to build partnerships with Colin Ackermann and Scott Edwards. Teja Nidamanuru can hit the ball and will look to add runs down the order with Musa Ahmed and Shariz Ahmed.
Fred Klaassen and Paul van Meekeren have bowled good lines with the new ball, and the side will expect early wickets from the pair. Ryan Klein and Shariz Ahmad did well in the middle overs and will look forward to repeating the same show. The side would also like to see a good show in the supporting role from Cooper and Colin Ackermann.

We will see partly cloudy skies over Harare on March 25. The wicket balances it out between the batsmen and the bowlers. Spinners have troubled the batsmen in both games, and we expect a similar track in this game. The side batting first will be happy to have 280 runs on the board.
Harare Sports Club has a tough batting surface where the slowness doesn't allow batsmen to score runs easily. They must play the ball on its merit to do well on this track. Also, the large outfield creates lesser boundary-scoring opportunities for the side. Fast bowlers get assistance from the track with the new ball, but it is a surface meant for the spinners as they can create doubts in the batsmen's minds.
We have seen the surface ease out in the second game, where the batting conditions were much better than in the first. The wicket slowed down in the second innings, making batting difficult. Hence, the side winning the toss here shall not hesitate to bat first and aim at a big score on the board.
It will be a battle of nerves after the close contest we have seen in the last two games. The Netherlands has done well, but the middle order has looked out of form. They must contribute to the cause for the side to win. Zimbabwe comes here with momentum, and they would be happy with the bowling efforts in the last game. Their knowledge of the conditions gives them a slight edge.
