Bournemouth has been resilient even after losing their top scorer, Dominic Solanke to Tottenham in a high-profile transfer. They began the campaign with two consecutive draws against Nottingham Forest and Newcastle. Following this, they scored a thrilling last-minute victory against Everton. 

Manager Andoni Iraola is known for his ability of putting the squad together for comebacks which was exemplified when the team won against Everton even after being two goals down against Everton. Being a Blues loanee who cannot face his parent club, Kepa Arrizabalaga will lose his recently gained place in goal. Since Neto is now with Arsenal, Mark Travers will guide the posts. 

Cherries’ injury situation has seen little change with Enes Unal (foot) and Tyler Adams (back) still out of contention. Additionally, it is yet to be seen if Philip Billing's back problem settles down before the weekend. Bournemouth have been efficiently managed under Andoni Iraola but will face a difficult test on Saturday. It can be said that Chelsea are the better team on paper and will hold a slight upper hand in the match.
