Out of the 9 all-rounders, Aiden Markram and Tom Abell will play an important for the team. The duo will be expected to be used as batting all-rounders because of their performance in 2024 with the bat.

Sunrisers Eastern Cape will also have Marco Jansen, Liam Dawson, and Beyers Swanepoel as the three bowling all-rounders. All three of them might get a chance to play every single fixture for the franchise because they had a positive outing in the previous year in the T20 cricket leagues.

Out of the total, JJ Smuts and Wian Mulder will be expected to play the role of batting all-rounder. The duo have a good experience of scoring quick runs in the shortest format of the game.
 

As the bowling all-rounders, the Giants will be dependent on Marcus Stoinis and  Dwaine Pretorius. These two bowling all-rounders have been heavyweights in international cricket with both bat and bowl.

Durban Super Giants also have Chris Woakes in their squad. However, he might not be available for the whole season but Woakes can be used in crucial games as a bowling all-rounder.
 

3) MI Cape Town

MI Cape Town has been a team that has struggled in both seasons of SA20. In both seasons, MI Cape Town has finished at the bottom of the point table and they come to play a new season with the memory of their nightmares.

One major boost MI Cape Town has received this year is that Rashid Khan is back in action and he will be available for the whole season of SA20. Dewald Brevis, Azmatullah Omarzai, and George Linde are the other names who will be part of the squad in the upcoming season of SA20.

Rashid Khan will be used as a bowling all-rounder. He is an exceptional spinner who can break partnerships during the middle overs with his variations. His team mate Azmatullah Omarzai will also be an intimidating factor for the team.
