Biratnagar Kings Preview
As included earlier in this preview, Biratnagar Kings won their last head to head against Lumbini Lions from the penultimate ball and they did exactly the same in their last match, when they beat Karnali Yaks (NPL) by three wickets on Friday.
The win was very important to the Kings as they had just been beaten for the first time after winning their opening four games. But they showed bags of character to respond strongly after going down by 48 runs against Chitwan only two days earlier.
With the bat, Basir Ahamad comes into this fixture after hitting 62 not out from 43 balls with an innings which included three fours and three sixes.
The top order failed though and that must improve in this match.
Bowling wise, Marchant de Lange will bowl with hostility but may struggle to extract much pace and bounce while Sandeep Lamichhane will cause problems on this deck.

Lumbini Lions showed that they are capable of winning tight games as well as they got the better of Pokhara Avengers to win by three wickets with two balls remaining on Saturday.
Following successive defeats to Karnali, Kathmandu and S Paschim, this was a much needed victory and sets them up for a tilt at the top half of the table over the coming games.
Crucial to Saturday's win was the skipper Rohit Paudel's 40 runs from number three before Niroshan Dickwella struck 37 runs from 22 balls at number four.
More will be expected of D'Arcy Short at the top of the order while the bowling is likely to be headed up by Sher Malla and Tilak Bhandari who both took two wickets in the win over the Avengers.
