Malaysia would eye a place in the Asian Games.  Asian Games remain the only tournament where they can get a chance to play against the Asian giants like India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. 

Last year, they also faced Afghanistan but lost. They faced Qatar four times and secured two wins. Haziq Aiman could be a player to watch out for. He has been a consistent player in top order.
