Malmo Mavericks Preview

Malmo Mavericks are ready for the third assignment of the Nordic Smash T20 Cup. It’s an inaugural edition of the tournament and Malmo are yet to open their account. They enter the contest with a four-wicket loss to Uppsala Tigers. Malmo posted 159 runs while batting first with Zain Ali being the top scorer. He scored 52 off 32 balls. Uppsala were 139/2 but the Mavericks brought them down by picking four wickets in the next 6 runs. Malmo failed to defend 10 off the final over and six off the last two balls. Zain Ali could be a player to watch out  for. The opener is in good form with 101 runs in two innings with one half-century.
