Heather Knight's side ended its losing streak with a convincing 9-wicket win against the Perth Scorchers Women. It was a strong comeback from the team when they seemed to have lost steam in the most crucial phase of the tournament. Knight would like her side to repeat the same magic as the Adelaide Strikers won't make it easy for them in the park.  

Chamari Athapaththu played a gem of a knock against the Scorchers, and she will look to deliver an electro9ifying start with Phoebe Litchfield. Knight looked in good form in the last game, and she will look to add ruins in the middle order with Tahila Wilson and Marizanne Kapp. They will also expect quick runs from Anika Learoyd, Olivia Porter, and Sammy-Jo Johnson in the lower middle order.  

Marizanne Kapp and Athapaththu must grab early wickets in the game as the Adelaide Strikers batters will come hard at them. Hannah Darlington, Lauren Smith, and Samantha Bates must bowl good spells in the middle overs. The Thunder Women will also need a good show from Knight and Sammy-Jo Johnson in the supporting role.

They will look to continue with the same momentum and improve their position further. In the earlier game, they had defeated the Thunder Women, and McGrath would like her side to repeat the same magic.  

Katie Mack has batted well in the tournament, and she will look to set up a big opening wicket stand with Laura Wolvaardt. The middle order is formidable, and they would like to see partnerships between Bridget Patterson, McGrath, and Madeline Penna. Georgia Adams, Danielle Gibson, and Amanda-Jade Wellington are known for their hitting power, and the side will expect quick runs from them. 

Megan Schutt has bowled with a lot of heart and will look to deliver a good start in this game, sharing the new ball with Gibson. Central Cricket, Sydney, is a fast and lively wicket where fast bowlers have enjoyed good records. The smaller venue also allows plenty of run-scoring opportunities for the batters who do well once they get their eyes set on.
