Faf du Plessis' side is past the halfway mark in their league games, and the side will eye its second win in the fifth game. They have had the weather play spoilsport in two games and must pull up their socks. MI New York will be a tough team to beat, and du Plessis would look to lead from the front and take his side to victory.  

Devon Conway and Faf du Plessis have looked good at the top, and the team needs a strong start from the opening pair. The middle order will look to accelerate the scoring, and they need good performances from Aaron Hardie, Joshua Tromp, and Milind Kumar. Mitchell Santner, Dwayne Bravo, and Calvin Savage will look to do the heavy lifting in the lower middle order.  

The bowling attack will face a massive test in this game, and they need the new ball pair of Zia-ul-Haq and Naveen-ul-Haq to do well. Kieron Pollard and his men had started the season with a big win but then lost a game and shared points in the third. The team will look to move up on the points table with a win. They have one of the strongest batting lineups this season, and Pollard would like his batsmen to deliver a victory.  

Ruben Clinton and Monank Patel will look to take on the new ball attack and offer the side an electrifying start. Nicholas Pooran will look to anchor the innings in the middle order and add runs with Shayan Jahangir and Tim David. Pollard and Rashid Khan are excellent hitters and add firepower to this lineup.
