Australia vs India 4th Test - Probable Playing XI
Australia
The hosts have made some minor changes in the squad. They have considered their vulnerable top order, called up 19-year-old batting star Sam Konstas in the squad, and dropped Nathan McSweeney. The decision has received mixed reviews from the pundits but it will be interesting to see how the Australian young blood performs in a high-pressure situation against India’s bowling attack.
Another change in the squad is the return of pacer Jhye Richardson in the squad. He will be seen in action in the red-ball format after 3 years of absence and the decision was taken considering the injury of Josh Hazlewood. Aussies will also have Scot Boland in their playing XI.

India
The Indian camp was stunned after the sudden retirement of Ravichandran Ashwin from international cricket. He announced his retirement after the end of the 3rd Test. In his absence, spinners like Washington Sunder and Ravindra Jadeja will be expected to step up their game.
During the warm-ups, KL Rahul has suffered a hand injury. There is a probability that he might not play in the 4th Test but there is no confirmation on the same as of now. Shubman Gill has come out as a weak link in the ongoing series and there are chances that skipper Rohit Sharma might come back to the top order considering his consistent failure in the middle order with the bat.
