South African cricket will witness the beginning of a new season for the SA20 cricket league. The SA20 2025 season is going to be the 3rd season of the tournament as the league first took its baby steps in 2023.

In both seasons, Sunrisers Eastern Cape has come out as the winners. They will be coming to play the 3rd edition of the league in the hope of lifting the trophy for the 3rd consecutive time. However, it is not going to be an easy task for them because of the strong opposition.

In the previous edition, Durban Super Giants finished their league stage by being at the top and successfully reaching the final game after wins in the playoff stage. Overall in T20 cricket, Klaasen is the 10th-highest run-scorer while being part of different T20 cricket leagues.

4) Ottneil Baartman - Sunrisers Eastern Cape

Ottneil Baartman is one of the feared names when it comes to pace bowling in the SA20 cricket league. He is the leading wicket-taker in the league and the 16th-highest wicket-taker across all the T20 cricket leagues in the world. Sunrisers Eastern Cape will be dependent on Baartman for a good start in the early overs of every fixture.

5) Reeza Hendricks - Joburg Super Kings

Joburg Super Kings will be dependent on Reeza Hendricks to score the maximum amount of runs in the upcoming season of the SA20 cricket league. He is the 2nd highest scorer in the T20 format across all the leagues and he also the top scorer for South Africa in the T20 international this year.
