Usman Khan and Aaron Johnson have done well, and the pair must set up a strong platform, opening the batting. Mark Chapman, Hussain Talat, and Colin de Grandhomme make it a formidable middle order, and they must take on the bowlers. The side will expect a good show in the lower middle order from Rizwan Cheema, Chris Green, and Logan van Beek.  

Tim Southee has an important role, sharing the new ball with Jeremy Gordon. They have to get early breakthroughs to put the Tigers under pressure.
