Glenn Maxwell's team has made a big turnaround this season. They lost the first three games but won the last three. The team put on a good show in their last game against the Melbourne Renegades, winning by 8 wickets. Maxwell would like his players to continue with the same momentum and move to the second spot on the points table.  

Thomas Rogers is in form and will look to deliver a good start with Daniel Lawrence. Glenn Maxwell has been a big threat for the bowlers, and he will look to add quick runs in the middle order with Beau Webster and Marcus Stoinis. The side will expect runs from Sam Harper, Hilton Cartwright, and Imad Wasim in the lower middle order.  

Joel Paris and Marcus Stoinis will look to grab early wickets and put the side in a commanding position in the game. Maxwell and Imad Wasim have bowled well, and the side will expect tight spells from them in the middle overs. Mark Steketee, Lawrence, and Beau Webster add variety to this attack.

They have an excellent record against the Melbourne Stars, and Henriques would like the players to take inspiration from those wins and move up on the points table.  

Josh Phillippe played well in the last game, but the team will be worried about James Vince's form. The pair must deliver a strong start at the top. Moises Henriques will look to anchor the innings in the middle order and build partnerships with Jordan Silk and Kurtis Patterson. Tom Curran and Jack Edwards will look to add runs in the lower middle order.  

The bowling attack will face a tough challenge in this game, and the side will need a good spell with the new ball from Jack Edwards and Sean Abbott. Steve O'Keefe has bowled well and will look to keep the scoring under check along with Tom Curran. The side will also need a good spell from Todd Murphy and Ben Dwarshuis.
